I hope you all are doing great on this Friday! The weather here is getting so nice, the only downfall? That yellow, dusty, itchy stuff that you find on your car from those beautiful Spring trees! I feel so horrible for my son who was hit with his first time allergy attack this season; he's only three! Loving the weather, though!
So, I feel extremely out of shape because it's going to be Summer soon and I am far away from the beach body I'm shooting for, lol. Let's get into shape. Here are some helpful tips:
1. Drink LOTS of Water. By doing this you will be cleansing out your body from unwanted toxins.
If you drink a lot of water before you eat a meal, you will be full a lot faster without eating as
2. Start incorporating cardio into your days. Walk more. This can be done by parking out further than
normal in the lot. Start to walk around the block with friends or the family.
3. Play a sport. (This can count as cardio.) It's fun to play and it's good for you too.
4. Eat all food groups. If you have the right proportions, you too can eat anything you want. It all has
to do with a balance between food going into the body and exercise, or calories burning, energy
going out. Everyone is different so don't be discouraged if your sister can eat more than you can
and still not gain weight. You are better at something else that she is not good at.
